Geff has more than 12 years of accumulated experience in international cooperation, industrial strategy, operational excellence, and project management, particularly applying his knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodology (Black Belt certification) and Change Management approaches.

His experience ranges from company-wide transformations to development and implementation of operating models, organizations, processes and new ways of working. This has been done over a range of sectors including Aviation, Wine and Spirits, Mining and P3's (public-private partnership).

Geff is an Igniter from Stanford Graduate School of Business. During the last 3 years, he has been developing new skills in entrepreneurship and innovation (design thinking, lean start-up). He is currently working on various startup projects.
